Texopaque Classic OP is part of the Texopaque Series of direct printing, maximum opacity, plastisol inks designed for printing most natural and synthetic fabrics. The series incorporates Fujifilm Sericol’s unique ‘Co-Plus’ Technology which eliminates build-up. Texopaque Classic OP are conventional plastisol inks. The Texopaque Series also includes a phthalate compliant option Advantage ON, and Pioneer OK, a PVC free and phthalate compliant plastisol .
Uvipak NG inks have generally better chemical and solvent resistance properties than conventional inks and will resist attack by most products likely to be packed in a printed container. Resistance of prints immediately after cure is excellent, but for best results it is advisable to allow six hours after curing to achieve optimum resistance. Uvipak inks are not recommended for use in applications where outdoor exposure is a possibility.
Nylobag NB inks are for direct printing onto nylon bags and many other synthetic fabrics. Nylobag NB can be used as a simple one-pack system but for more demanding requirements NB386 NB Catalyst is recommended for mixing into the base colours. NB Catalyst improves adhesion and fastness properties and decreases the possibility of adhesion deterioration over a period of time. Catalysed inks have a pot life of approximately 8 hours. Estimate the amount of ink required for a day’s work and thoroughly mix the ink
